🔄 Return & Refund Policy — Liorakart

At Liorakart, we strive to deliver the best quality products and a satisfying shopping experience to our customers. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.


 Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Note: Unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of damage/wrong product claims.


 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Beauty & personal care items (except damaged/wrong product cases)

  • Innerwear, cosmetics, and personal hygiene products

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Products without original packaging and proof of purchase


 Return / Replacement Process

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Issue details

    • Unboxing video & product images

  3. Our support team will verify and approve the request (if eligible)

  4. The product will be picked up by our courier partner

  5. After quality check, the replacement will be shipped


 Refund Policy

Refund is applicable only if a replacement is not available.

Refunds are issued:

Payment Mode Refund Method
Online Payment Refunded to original payment source
COD Orders Refunded to customer’s bank/UPI account

Refund Time: 5–7 working days after product pickup & QC approval.


 Refund / Return Not Accepted If

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • The product is returned without original box/tags/accessories

  • The product is used, washed, or tampered

  • Wrong reason is given or proof (unboxing video) is not provided

  • Return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery


 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days


🚚 For RTO / Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer not available
    Re-shipping charges will apply.
