You may request a return or replacement only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Note: Unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of damage/wrong product claims.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
Beauty & personal care items (except damaged/wrong product cases)
Innerwear, cosmetics, and personal hygiene products
Used, damaged, or altered items
Products without original packaging and proof of purchase

Unboxing video & product images
Our support team will verify and approve the request (if eligible)
The product will be picked up by our courier partner
After quality check, the replacement will be shipped
Refund is applicable only if a replacement is not available.
Refunds are issued:

Refund Time: 5–7 working days after product pickup & QC approval.
The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
The product is returned without original box/tags/accessories
The product is used, washed, or tampered
Wrong reason is given or proof (unboxing video) is not provided
Return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
In case of cancellation before dispatch, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
If a delivery fails due to:
Wrong address
Incorrect phone number
Customer not available
Re-shipping charges will apply.
